Album Design Service Questions

What album companies can you design for?

We can design for almost any album companies in the world including Graphistudio, Finao, Millers, WHCC, Nations Lab, Leather Craftsman, Zookbinders,etc We have the design specifications for most album companies.so when you receive your final design files, they will be ready for printing.

How many images do you recommend for an album design?

Our typical design uses one to three images per side. So, for a typical 30-side album, we recommend approx. 60 to 90 images; however, we do not have any hard restrictions.

Can I submit more images and have your designers pick the images for me?

Absolutely! You can submit them either in the same folder, or split them into folders such as “must-have” and “optional”. Be careful not to submit TOO MANY images to us though. You should submit no more than twice the number of images intended for the design.

What resolution and file formats do you accept?

We accept JPEGs only, at 300-DPI

Besides weddings, can you design other types of album designs?

Absolutely! We have designed for Engagement | Weddings | Birthdays | Anniversaries | Holiday | HS Seniors | New Born | Maternity | Bar/Bat Mitzvahs | Portraits | Boudoirs | Parties | Quincinera | Baptismal & etc.

What is your turnaround time?

Our standard turnaround time is 2-3 day or less. (Usually less) A rush option is available. . In order to start working on your design, we must receive all of your images and complete order form.

Can you design similar to my existing album designs?

Yes, just point us to your existing designs, and we’ll do our best to emulate the design style.

Is there anything I can do before you begin a layout to make sure the design will match my style?

Yes! Let us know as clearly as possible what your preferred design style is. Better yet, show us some examples (either your old designs or our examples) that you like. If we have a good understanding of your design style, then chances are very good that our initial design will be exactly what you like.

My layout turned out completely not what I expected....what I should do!?!?

Relax….we can easily fix it. First, let us know in *general* what aspects of the design you did not like. You can give specific examples to highlight your points – but, you do not have to go through page by page to document every single change. Also, if we misunderstood your design style, try to point out a concrete example of a style that you do like. Once we have a better understanding of what you are looking for, we can re modify the design.

How do you maintain consistent designs for all albums I submit to your company?

Once we have established your design style preferences, we always assign the same album designer(s) for your albums. Any preferences that you communicate to us are saved on file as well.

How many revisions are allowed after I see my initial design?

Our Standard Design Service allows an unlimited number of revisions at no extra charge.

How will my clients see the album design?

We have our own online proofing website. You can forward the link directly to your client. Your client can enter comments directly on the preview link – the comments will be emailed to both you and us once the “send comments” button is clicked.

  • Your client can view design layouts, submit changes or approve design directly through the preview link.
  • The comments submitted by your client are directly sent to the designer keeping you in a CC
  • Will my clients know someone else designed their album?

    No. The design preview link will have your logo, and the URL address used will not allow your clients to trace it to us. We never contact your clients directly.

    How do I approve my album design?

    You can either email us directly, or on the preview page, enter “approve” for the approval password.

    What happens when I approve the design?

    Once you approve your design, it goes through our “approval” process. We’ll double-check for any alignment and image issues. Once done, we’ll upload the design files and will notify you once the files are available for download.

    Is there any additional charge for Cover Designs?

    No, there is no additional charge for cover designing. We just need the exact cover size including safe margins.

    In what format will I receive the final layouts?

    Once you have approved your design, you will receive the high resolution JPEG files. You can also request for layered PSD files.

    Do you guys print and bind album?

    No, we do not print and bind album, we only design the album Once the design is completed you can get print that album from any of your favourite album companies,

    How do I make the payment?

    We accept payments via PayPal only, as it is the safest mode payment

    Color Correction Service Questions

    Do you guys offer free trial?

    Yes, We do offer it Upload 50 to 100 of your images for our color correction service, Also Provide us some examples of the editing style you are looking for, All We need is Before and after images which are edited so that we can understand your editing style.

    How much do you charge for color correction?

    Our charges for color correction is just 0.10 cents per image, which includes,Exposure, Contrast, White Balance, Shadow + Highlight Recovery, Noise Reduction, Sharpening, Vibrancy, Clarity, Cropping, Straightening, Apply Presets, Vignette, 10% to 20% Black & white Conversations

    We can color corrected image for any type of events

    Should I provide you guys some Sample images when I place the order for color correction?

    Your images will, of course, be edited according to your specifications. You have several possibilities to brief us:

  • Send us a link to your website, blog or portfolio. Our team will analyze your images and process your order based on your style.
  • Send us example images with small resolution. This can be images of a whole wedding or just some before and after pictures.
  • Send us an email or describe your editing style in the job instructions in the order form, mentioning as many details as you like.
  • Send us one of your (edited) Lightroom catalogues along with the Smart Previews. It can be a complete catalogue or just 20 to 50 images to exhibit your style and workflow.

  • If you are sure, you provided us with all the information needed, please place an order. For each job, you have the option of getting ten job samples, wherein you can send us feedback for us to understand your editing style. If your style changes in the future, please do not forget to notify us of the changes.

    What happens if I am not satisfied with my picture after it has been Color corrected?

    If you are not satisfied with the editing, you can submit a redo request. You can do this via email, and your job will be redone for you at no additional cost. Such a request helps us to understand your editing style. Additionally, we will document your requested changes to adjust to them for the next job to edit your images.

  • You need to give us specific instructions on what you want to be redone.

    What File format do you accept for color correction?

    For color correction we Accept, Lightroom catalog with smart Previews, or RAW files and JPEG Files
    Raw files take long time to upload due to high resolution most of our clients send us Lightroom catalog with smart Previews,

    In what format will I get my images back?

    Depending on your order form you select, we will send Lightroom catalog with smart Previews, or JPEG files whatever you want.

    Can I work with one editor?

    We assign each client 2-3 editors. If one editor is out of town or not well, your order still be well taken care of by someone who is familiar with your style

    Can I send my own lightroom presets to use on my images?

    Absolutely! Preset are always welcome
